Get I get a refund on online courses?

We give 30 day money back guarantee on our online courses. If you purchase the course and feel that it is not what we represented them to be then we will give you a refund. Please make sure you let us know within 30 days however.

How can I return faulty goods to you?

If the item you have ordered has a manufacturing defect or does not perform the purpose it was intended for, then we will accept the return. However, this needs to be brought to our attention within 28 days of taking delivery.

Items returned to us must be sent via registered post or courier. The returned item should be with sufficient or the original manufacturer’s packaging with all accessories if any. If this is not the case a restocking fee may be applied.

Outer manufacturers packaging must also be protected in transit, and returned in original condition. Once we have received the returned items, you will receive a refund for the item, or receive a replacement provided the return is within the 28 day period.

Can I return unwanted goods?

If you find the goods you have bought are not suitable for you, or are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days after you have signed for the delivery.

We will refund the money you have paid, less the cost to us of delivering the goods to you, within 28 days of the date the goods were returned to us.

The goods must be un-opened, un-used, and in their original packaging, complete with any supplied accessories.

Products packed in Blister Packs (sealed plastic), cannot be returned due to being unwanted if the blister pack has been opened.
